Cisco TelePresence ISDN GW 3241

manawyrm bought a Cisco TelePresence ISDN GW 3241 and will try to offer H.320 (video telephony) -> SIP and H.323 gateway as a service to the OCTOI community.
The hardware hasn't arrived yet, but will be documented here.
