Description

As can be seen in the attached PCAP file, if the MSC sends an ASSIGNMENT COMMAND permitting only AMR/HR codec, OsmoBSC will
  • correctly activate the channel as TCH/H with AMR
  • correctly send the RR ASSIGNMENT CMD to the MS for TCH/H with AMR
  • but then send a BSSMAP ASSIGNMENT COMPLETE stating FR1 ?!?
