Description
In order to support VBS/VGCS calls, we will need to
- implement the BCC L3 protocol as per TS 44.069
- implement the GCC L3 protocol as per TS 44.068
- the concept of uni-directional TCH
- talker detection as per Section 4.13 of TS 48.058
- listener detection as per Section 4.14 of TS 48.058
- channel activation for group / broadcast channels (depending on RSL Channel Mode IE)
