Description
With patches in gerrit, we now have (again) per-NSVC packet/byte counters in rx and tx direction.
However, it may be equally interesting to see the counters on a per-NSE level. We often have setups where there are multiple NS-VC in a NSE, such as multiple E1 line with frame relay, or IP-SNS with multiple NS-VC (and even different weights).
