Description

We tried to used the neels/inter_bsc_ho branch for osmo-bsc to test if this issue for SDCCH not being release if "Radio Link Failure" is detected in osmo-bsc and an equivalent error of "Sending Connection Failure: cause = 0x01" in osmo-bts-trx.

In this branch, the SDCCH issue is resolved but even a 2TRX configuration is used by our setup, OSMO-BSC only uses the first TRX configuration.
