It looks like it may have been originally manufactured by Tandberg, and could be a rebranded version of the _Vision 600/770_ series described at https://digitaltmuseum.no/021026869265/apparat.  The screen of @laforge's unit states "Vision 610".

The circuit board is labeled _P00400_ in several places, and the flash contains a _P00400C HARDWARE TEST PROGRAM_ seeming to confirm that P00400 was the codename / part number internally at Tandberg.
