closedosmo_sccp_simple_server_add_clnt() is broken

Description
osmo_sccp_simple_server_add_clnt() appars to be broken since the introduction of SCTP multi-homing configuration. This in turn breaks examples/sccp_demo_user.
Please get it back to the point where the sccp_demo_user server mode can execute against the sccp_demo_user -c client mode.
