Max last osmo-ci change breaks osmocom nightly builds from 631 onwards:
It seems there are some issues with the osmo-sgsn debian/copyright information, and also there is no osmo-sgsn package job in OBS: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/network:osmocom:nightly doesn't list one.
