jenkins: build jobs for repositories split from openbsc.git (OsmoMSC, OsmoBSC, ...)

Description
After the split of OsmoNITB and separation of openbsc.git to several repositories, jenkins shall build the new repositories:
- git polling builds of the master branches
- Gerrit patch checking build
- Related to Feature #2267: add testing of the new OsmoMSC with AoIP added
- Related to Feature #2257: prepare split of the openbsc.git in smaller components added
- Subject changed from jenkins: apply to new repositories split from openbsc.git (OsmoMSC, OsmoBSC, ...) to jenkins: build jobs for repositories split from openbsc.git (OsmoMSC, OsmoBSC, ...)
