I Can not see my base station on my phone help please ?

Description
I am writting this osmo-trx-lms -C ~/Downloads/osmo-trx-limesdr.cfg and it is saying to me tranciever is active. After I am starting osmo-bsc osmo-mwg osmo-msc osmo-stp and all is open. I can not see my base station name in my phone . why I can not understand ? Why I cant see my basestation in my mobile phone ?
Your description is a bit light on detail, but the two most obvious causes would be either a misconfigration or the usual issues when trying to use a SDR without a stable (external) clock source, i.e. the limesdr mini - the frequency might be too far off for your phone to see the network at all.

You didn't mention osmo-bts-trx, so I guess that's the problem.
