wireshark dissector returns failure on insert subscriber data request

Description
Using the SGSN with the TTCN3 suite,
wireshark shows "Malformed Packet (Exception occured)" on Insert Subscriber Date Request

The lies in the PDP Information Field
I think this is related to the PDP context being just a single '.', which is something
the packet-dns dissector we use may not be prepared to handle.

- Assignee set to laforge
- % Done changed from 0 to 80
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
I just tested with the recent Wireshark - it doesn't complain anymore. Closing.
