OsmoTRX is still full of confusing references to OpenBTS

Description
The OsmoTRX code was forked off the OpenBTS Transceiver code. There is nothing secret about that. However, we should clearly document this in the COPYING, INSTALLATION and LEGAL text files in osmo-trx.git to avoid any confusion

Corresponding updates were sent in gerrit 5642, 5644-5646: it's split over separate commits to simplify review and further updates as I'm not 100% sure how to update legalieze properly.

All patches were merged, the only remaining OpenBTS in text files are necessary historic references. It's also mentioned in test and logging code. The latter will be removed once we're converted to libosmocore logging but that's subject for another ticket.
