Description
We will need to check the relevant AoverIP specs to see if there is any difference in terms of user plane handling of the various GSM codecs between what we implement so far and what 3GPP AoIP requires. If there are differences, we need to implement them in an optional/switchable way, so we can based on config support either of the two variants
