Description

Recent testing has shown that Caller ID is not consistently formatted in international E.164 format and flagged as "international" when a call leaves divf over IAX. Calls from totalisator to CNET 499621. and other prefixes in Germany resulted in Caller ID to be sent out as 0301... instead of 4930...
Yate should have some functionality to do caller id screening and rewriting.

In any case, on CNET, the convention is that calls are sent out in international format, starting with the CC, without any leading zeros, nor a + sign. The use of + is restricted to indicate a PSTN (not CNET) number.
