This specific problem has been fixed two days ago by If8460b41f0e9fa988215acdf3bda829540c8d599 which was merged. Both the gerrit and gitea master contain this patch.
However, the actual problem seems to be that even on June 17, the OBS builds are still building osmo-remsim_1.0.0.24.e25c.202207150052.tar.gz, i.e. a git snapshot that was created two days earlier. Hence, the "nightly" build is not building nightly, but outdated stuff.
strangely enough, other packages like libosmocore are actually building 20220717 - wo why is osmo-remsim not?

As you already found in #5619, it's because the script stops at libosmo-dsp, and libosmocore comes before that, and osmo-remsim afterwards. I'll change the scripts to avoid having one such failure affect all packages.
The root cause is fixed in:

I've merged it and triggered new OBS nightly jenkins jobs, so new packages will be built shortly.
