Description
As we all know, the world is not perfect, and there is some delay on the TX path of SDR devices.
At the moment, we know that for USRP B2X0 this delay is constant, so we take it into account.
But since we are going to extend the hardware compatibility, it makes sense to implement
some automatic measurement of delay for a particular device.
