Description

Transition to new VLR/HLR infrastructure will make osmo-hlr essential part of Osmocom stack. It should be made available via .deb alongside with the rest of it.

Gerrit 2044 and 2055 were merged, manually uploaded .dsc successfully build by OBS. What remains is to make sure that automated nightly upload works too.

Added osmo-hlr to nightly packages upload, but obs says

Couldn't find package 'OsmoHLR' in project 'network:osmocom:nightly'. Are you sure it exists?

Not sure what it wants from us. Can you take over from here again, plz?

Ah, that was just me entering a URL with "OsmoHLR" in it (from browser history),
it's not related to the package upload at all.
