Description

We want to install new BS-11 firmware through the Abis / E1 interface from OpenBSC, since it is expected to be much faster than through the serial port and LMT.

this is now implemented in abis_nm.c and has been tested extensively with bs11_config over T-Link/RS-232. We expect it also works via A-bis / E1.
