We now have RPM spec.in files in the latest tags of all our repositories.

still, https://build.opensuse.org/project/monitor/network:osmocom:latest doesn't show any builds for CentOS8 of libosmo*.

• the builds are enabled in OBS, but
• the spec files somehow are not added to OBS, making OBS unable to build
