current osmo-pcu shows the following cryptic message:

0201009120425514 DPCU NOTICE NS: indication Unknown prim 2 from NS (gprs_bssgp_pcu.cpp:578)

the "2" should be decoded to a textual name, and it should preferably be handled, I guess?
