make use of USB ISO transfer header

Description
The RX + TX transfers have headers which are intended to be used for a variety of bits like
- CRC error reporting
- LOS (loss of signal)
- FER (far end error)
- Related to Bug #4750: populate new osmo-e1-hardware.git with gateware + firmware added
- Status changed from New to In Progress

sense and just keep the header for CRC errors.
