Description
The "aggregated statistics for all rtp connections" only gets updated when a conn is torn down,
so the per-second/minute/hour counters don't convey the actual current situation.
In the per-connection stats, it is nice to see Inbound and outbound rtp packets both at 50/s,
but the aggregated total remains unchanged until a call hangs up, and then steps up all at once.
