Description
Despite the GSMTAP header containing RSSI information, we do not report those measurement values up to L1SAP.
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 10
- Subject changed from osmo-bts-virtual doesn't report measurement values to osmo-bts-virtual reports bogus measurement values
- Status changed from In Progress to Stalled
- % Done changed from 10 to 80
- Priority changed from Normal to Low
