The closest to this we have is the 'sysinfo' testsuite, which is an early approach at using OsmoNITB+OsmoBTS-virtual to verify System Information scheduling.

This suite should be converted to use OsmoBSC+OsmoBTS, and it could be used as basis for a OsmoBTS-only test suite.
