Generate sources from ASN1 files¶

As of writing, the process for regenerating source files in osmo-iuh.git from the asn1 files is the following:

• Build the Osmocom fork of libasn1c like any other Osmocom library (see build from source, e.g. with osmo-dev)
• Build the aper-prefix branch of the Osmocom fork of asn1c
• Run make regen in osmo-iuh.git
