openEricsson DUG 20 rejects SI2quater

Description
Sending SI2quater to the DUG20 results in
ERROR REPORT (cause=Radio Resource not available [ 21 01 80 ])
For what it may be worth, the SI and the error are in the attached pcap.
Maybe the BTS software version I have simply does not support it?

Oh! This looks like it might be as simple as including the RSL_IE_ERIC_BCCH_MAPPING
at the end of the rsl_msgb, as we already do for a SI13 on the Ericsson.
See abis_rsl.c:284
Tested that and I can now observe the SI2q on the air on C0

While I'm here, the BTS is also complaining about the (empty) SI 5ter
I need to actually configure an SI5ter and check if it is accepted.

I tried some fuzzing, but I did not get it to accept 5ter. Not such an urgent SI for me at this time or anything, but I do wonder why.
Maybe somebody tnt laforge ? could take a look at the traces that were originally used and see if there is a SI 5ter. Maybe it has some IE pre or post-pended?
