Description
If I use the parse tool from my CCID driver to get the supported clock frequencies list I get:

bNumClockSupported: 4 IFD does not support GET CLOCK FREQUENCIES request: LIBUSB_ERROR_TIMEOUT
The CCID specification indicates in 5.3.2 GET_CLOCK_FREQUENCIES:
A CCID with bNumClockSupported equal to 00h does not have to support this request.
Here the sysmoOCTSIM reports bNumClockSupported: 4 so the reader should be able to send the 4 supported clock frequencies.
This issue is somewhat similar to https://osmocom.org/issues/4777
It is not mandatory to fix this since my CCID driver does not use (yet) the clock frequency list.
