the pad sizes are too small.

this is how the proportions look like in our eagle designs, i.e. where we want to get to:
- all 3 pad size: 4.572 x 2.54 mm (180x100 mil)
- spacing between the pads: 4.064mm (160 mil)

The reference pad size appears to be ~1.75x3.125mm
Original pads on this design were 1x3.8. I resized them to 1.75x3.8, and rounded the edges slightly.
