Description

While testing the IuCS testcase MSC_Tests.TC_lu_imsi_auth3g_tmsi which I'm currently developing, I saw a strange behavior of osmoMSC: LU accept followed by a LU reject ?!?

actually, it seems justified as we don't send a TMSI REALLOC COMPLETE from the test case. After 5s timeout, the MSC rejects.
