Description
Even when using the sotware LAPD implementation of libosmogsm (mandatory with DAHDI, optional with mISDN), e1_input.c continues to write pcap files with fake UI frame LAPD headers.
We even already have osmo_lapd_pcap related functions to store the true LAPD frames to pcap, we just don't use it from e1_input.
