MNCC¶

Mobile Network Call Control (MNCC) describes a set of primitives in 3GPP TS 44.007. In Osmocom we specify a protocol/encoding based on those primitives and expose it on a Unix Domain socket. This is called the Osmocom MNCC Interface and is provided by OsmoMSC and OsmoNITB as well as used by LCR as well as osmo-sip-connector
