This is a CAT4 LTE modem in mPCIe form factor based around the Altair ALT3800 baseband chipset and the ALT6300 RF transceiver.

Serial Console¶
/dev/ttyS0
of the ALT3800 is exposed on pins of the mPCIe. If you plug the card into an Osmocom mpcie-breakout board, the pins can be easily accessed on a 2.54mm header.

Please not that the console is not easily usable as the modem appears to permanently go into a deep-power-down mode where UART characters are no longer received. One way to avoid this is by having some program running that keeps interacting with the modem over AT commands.
