Description
We do have network:osmocom:mingw windows builds of rtl-sdr and osmo-fl2k for 32bit and 64bit systems at https://build.opensuse.org/project/subprojects/network:osmocom:mingw - which don't appear to have seen any updates since 2019.
I guess we should either make sure they are updated, or remove them altogether.
If we want to keep them updated/maintained, we might also want to migrate them to https://obs.osmocom.org/ where all our other builds are done these days.

Interestingly, https://ftp.osmocom.org/binaries/windows/osmo-fl2k/ and https://ftp.osmocom.org/binaries/windows/rtl-sdr/ contain builds up to January 2023. Not sure how that works...
