pySim-trace currently doesn't support decoding APDUs of classic SIM cards (TS 11.11 / TS 51.011) with CLA=A0.

I have some WIP code implementing the related ApduCommand.

However, there's a more critical underlying constraint in ApduCommandSet: There can only be one ApduCommand for each INS. This needs to be modified so that any number of ApduCommand can handle an INS, just as long as they each deal with their own CLA.
