"srv_link" and "cli" have it, but not "srv".
It should be implemented the same way as "cli".

This seems to be wrokarounded by using:

        struct osmo_fd *ofd = osmo_stream_srv_get_ofd(client->conn);
        return osmo_sock_get_name2(ofd->fd);
