As discussed earlier, OsmoBSCNAT ttcn3 tests should be running in jenkins, like for other Osmocom projects.

The last time I was involved in anything bscnat related there was neither a stable config file nor a package for testing, but the parallel test work ended up half a year ago at https://gitea.osmocom.org/osmocom/osmo-dev/src/branch/ewild/namespaces_tests as discussed.
