Description
The misdntestlayer3 program really does everything we need on the signaling side to accept an inbound call (or even make an outbound call).
It should be relatively easy to hook up the B-channel to linmodem. 8000 Hz sample rate is identical; the samples just need to be converted between A-law and S16LE and vice-versa.
