Description
AMBE codec is being used in P25 Trunking systems but OP25 doesn't have an AMBE decoder.
Sometimes communications are distorted and are cut.
It would be helpful if there was an AMBE deocder implemented for OP25.

Like any open source project, OP25 lives by contributions. You are most invited
to contribute in any area, including AMBE decoding.
The sister project gmr has an AMBE decoder, but there are many variants
of that codec around. See SpeechCodec for reference.

Unfortunately, I am not a programmer and have very small knowledge in programming.
I am willing to implement an AMBE Codec in OP25 but will need help for this.
