closedMissing dependency for buliding host software: libpcsclite-dev

Description
In order to build the host software I had to install the package 'libpcsclite-dev' in addition to the dependencies mentioned in the wiki in section 'Preconditions'.
It provides the otherwise missing 'libpcsclite.pc'.
Can someone add this to the wiki? Or give me permission to do it :)

Thanks. Though I do not seem to have permission to edit https://osmocom.org/projects/simtrace2/wiki .
For other sites, e.g., https://osmocom.org/projects/libosmocore/wiki/Libosmocore it works.

My sincere apologies. This actually exposed a bug in our permission settings in redmine,
which has been fixed now. So you already helped to close two issues :)
