Description
OsmoCSCN so far exists on the sysmocom/iu branch.
Now that the HLR is also split from the NITB, we decided to call it OsmoMSC instead, because
the result of rebasing the sysmocom/iu branch onto the VLR branch will produce, basically, an MSC.
Rename all OsmoCSCN, osmo-cscn, etc to MSC.
Update 3G wiki pages and howtos.
Do it right now to avoid as much spread and confusion as possible.

I think I've done all renames now: on openbsc sysmocom/iu branch, osmocom.org wiki, libosmocore and osmocom manuals (for port numbers).
Only one remaining is the protocols_around_hnbgw.txt in osmo-iuh (found it just now).
