Improve pySim usability

Description

pySim is unneccessarily difficult to use.

For example, for sysmoUSIM-SJS1, we still need to manually specify the card type, as opposed to automatic detection of the right card model.

Furthermore, only writing of IMSI, KI and OPC is implemented today. Writing/changing ADM pin, writing ICCID, ACC and possibly other values like SMSP is not implemented so far. Please add that and test it.

Also, there are still some zecke/* brnches that need merging. Please start a discussion with zecke and tnt on what is missing to get this merged.
