TLS/SSL support for osmo-pcap

=== Goal ===
The osmo-pcap application consists out of a client taking a PCAP trace and the server that will store them. The authentication is based on source IP and the transport is not encrypted at all. The application should be extended to use GNUtls for transport security.

Approach * Use GNUtls for TLS/RSA support * Use client certificates for authentication * Use TLS for the transport security * Create scripts to build server certificate, client certificates and revocations.
