Testcase 1: * start with 1x bind and complete sns configuration * add a new bind (should add a new vty procedure) * change the bind weights * now answer on the "sns add procedure" * there should be a second procedure to update the weights afterwards. Testcase 2 * start with 1x bind and complete sns configuration * add a new bind (should add a new vty procedure) * add a new bind (should add a new vty procedure) * change the bind weights * now answer on the first "sns add procedure" * check if update weights coming through the second add procedure already has the correct weights.
