osmo-gsm-tester in docker-playground.git is based on debian-buster-jenkins. I looked into upgrading it to debian 12, but as of writing the mongodb third-party repository it uses for running open5gs does not have binary packages for debian 12 yet: http://repo.mongodb.org/apt/debian/dists/

In theory we could adjust it to work with debian 11 currently, but that doesn't seem worth the effort.

I'll adjust the jenkins job to build debian-buster-jenkins before building osmo-gsm-tester, created this issue for future reference.
