I'm trying to reproduce this, but cannot yet figure out how. I've started osmo-cbc using the doc/examples/osmo-cbc/osmo-cbc.cfg and did a write terminal and it looks good so far.

ok, unknown-peers accept is the key here. Once I enable that and I have inbound connections from the BSCs, I also see it.

Guess I never used it with unknown peers in recent months.
