Description

OsmoPCU already supports the IP-SNS (sub network service), so the related code is in libosmogb, but osmo-gbproxy doesn't make use of it.

IP-SNS support would be nice on both the BSS-facing and the SGSN-facing side of the proxy.

All ttcn3 pass (except same 3 failures on which jenkins also fails) with ns2/vty2
