Description
When receiving the change IMSI SMS from OsmoHLR:
- verify the counter (prevent replay attacks / locking out if SMS arrive too late for whatever reason)
- wait for the amount of time given in the SMS
- change the IMSI, delete the TMSI etc. (like in the current proof of concept)
