Description
With https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/libosmo-abis/+/17430 we have solved #4444 and the seriousness of the bug warrants a release.
We have the option of either back-porting the fix (without testcase) to 0.8.0 and releasing 0.8.1 off a branch, or to tag a 0.9.0 right away. Given that there are other changes that may not have been tested more widely (ipa keepalive, e1d, ...) I have a preference for the 0.1.8 off-branch approach.
