Description
When the modem is performing a card reset at runtime, this is currently not propagated to the bankd and the SIM card. This may create problems if the modem/UE actually relies on some state being reset.

This is implemented in the following patches:
- simtrace2 (firmware):
- osmo-remsim (client)
- osmo-remsim (bankd)
It's working fine in my local test setup, leaving the ticket open until code [and its dependencies] has been merged.
