As can be seen at https://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/view/TTCN3/job/ttcn3-bsc-test/test_results_analyzer/, this test has failed two out of the last four builds. As our resident handover expert is neels, assigning it to him.

in current runs, one out of the ten runs failed, this time TC_ho_neighbor_config_7: RSL for unknown Dchan.
Maybe the ttcn tests are moving too fast and should allow some delay at some point to ensure the test runner has established the internal RSL state?
